Frequently Asked Questions

IS PACT A SUBSCRIPTION?

HOW MUCH DOES PACT COST?

Yes, but it's flexible and you're in control. When you sign up you choose a delivery frequency and we keep sending you your freshly roasted coffee until you ask us to stop. You can pause or close your account at any time. There are no contracts and we don’t make it deliberately difficult for you to cancel.

Each delivery consists of 250g of freshly roasted, freshly ground (or whole bean, if you prefer) coffee and costs £6.95. We buy our coffee from speciality farmers who we have direct relationships with and pay at least 25% above Fairtrade prices for the quality. We bill you as and when we send a new batch to you.

WHAT DOES SIGNING UP INVOLVE?

Can't find your answer here? Email us your questions to ahoy@pactcoffee.com

It takes 5 minutes from our main website from a computer or your mobile. We ask you some questions around your coffee preferences and take your payment details. Once you've signed up, you can control your deliveries from your account page.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER TO?

Anywhere in the UK. Our packages are sent out using Royal Mail’s next-day delivery service. Generally it’s very reliable but on the odd occasion that the coffee gets lost in the post (or eaten by a dog?), get in touch and we’ll send out another, no quibbles.
